Confocal Bookings

IN THE INTEREST OF FAIRNESS TO ALL USERS, PLEASE BOOK NO MORE THAN THREE SESSIONS AHEAD. Please read the User Guidelines.

At your training session, you will be given access to the booking system on Google Calendar

When you make a booking, please do so in the following format: "LAB NAME: Your name". For example, BANNIGAN: Smith
Make sure you add your booking to the right calendar (microscope) - i.e. NOT YOUR OWN PERSONAL CALENDAR. See example to left.

You can add this calendar to your own Google Calendar so you can see when the microscope is free! Just click the "+ Google Calendar" button on the bottom right of this calendar while you're logged in to Google as yourself.

If you can't use your session please remember to cancel your booking so that someone else can use it and the machine is not left on for you.

To contact a user while they are using the confocal, call 568-5116 (the microscope room).
